Renault’s quality policy is based on the Renault Excellence plan (PER), which aims to anchor quality in the corporate culture, from the earliest upstream phases to those far downstream, in both operational and support functions. This means establishing systematic methods for generating quality, incorporating them lastingly into processes and creating an approach which encourages changes in mindset s and behavior.
